The final interagency policy statement was put out for comment on October 17, 2019 to address FASB ASC Topic 326. It was released by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Treasury; Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (Board); Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC); and National Credit Union Administration (NCUA). Institutions were allowed 60 days to comment on the policy updates.
